• Controlling all operational activities of import and export.
• Preparation of all import documents like LC, Bank Contracts, Advance payment or other documents.
• Making purchase order to confirm the order of imported raw material.
• Costing of imported raw material.
• Liaison with custom and port authorities.
• Liaison with clearing and forwarding agent.
• Liaison with suppliers, indenters & foreign customers.
• Negotiate with suppliers and indenters and follow up regarding orders until we receive the material.
• Liaison with insurance company for marine insurance (For air and sea)
• Liaison with banks regarding all activities of import and export.
• Maintain Record of Imported raw material of active, inactive and packaging material.
• Manage all accounts of payables and receivables related to import and export.
• Controlling imported raw material and finish goods for export in store with the help of ERP.
• Documentation for L/C Renewal.
• Budget Analysis of technical department.
• To procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.

• Coordination with consultant for the planning of Electrical Systems, Utilities and machineries.
• Coordination with Consultant for tendering and finalization of the contracts for Electrical
System.
• Designing and implementing Cost-effective Innovations and Modifications on machines to improve Safety and Reliability.
• Utilities Management and Installation (Pumps, Compressors, Cooling Towers, Chillers, AHU, Motors and Diesel Generators) to attain process requirements
• Installation of new machinery as well as assessing and arranging the associated technical/utility requirements that comes with it.
• Downtime Analysis of Machinery.
• Preparing Maintenance Cost Benefit Analysis Reports of generators and machines
• Budget Analysis of technical department.
• To procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.
• To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.
• Prior to ordering, to check all ex-stocks availability in central stores and sub stores.
• To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.
• All procurement process should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.
• Prepares documentation for internal process as per ISO Standards.
• Develops and maintains good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintains company reputation & credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment.

• Executing timely Corrective and Preventive Maintenance procedures on all machinery (Rotogravure Printing, Slitting, Lamination, Extrusion Plants, Bag Making, etc.)
• Maintenance of Electronic/Electrical Elements of Machine. (Electronic Cards, PLCs, Invertors, Contactors, Electrical supply etc.) and maintaining the spare parts inventory if possible.
